Return Policy

We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by Silverton House Publishing, either directly or through www.SilvertonHousePublishing.com. Certain conditions apply to returns and refunds. We do not accept returns of:

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
• Bulk orders of 15 or more title copies cannot be returned.
• Any item not accompanied by a copy of the shipping invoice or purchase receipt.
• Any item accompanied by a receipt or invoice not originating from Silverton House Publishing

No refunds will be given for items in these categories, nor will items in these categories sent to Silverton House Publishing be returned.

Please note the following conditions of a return:

• A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your return.
• Shipping charges to return an item to Silverton House Publishing are the responsibility of the person returning the item. Silverton House Publishing will not accept C.O.D. or shipping charges for returned items.
• If taxes were charged, they will not be refunded.
• Refunds will only be delivered to the person named on the invoice.

If Silverton House Publishing accepts your return, we'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is due to our error, we will reimburse your shipping costs provided the original shipping receipt is also forwarded to us. If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be credited to your account for use on a future purchase. Please note, the original expiration date will still apply.

Should you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or code you will only be refunded the discounted price of the product.

Goods Damaged During Shipping

If you receive goods damaged during shipping it is the responsibility of the shipping agent to return the goods. Most shipping agencies have a fixed period of time during which the recipient can make claims for damaged goods. You are responsible for contacting the shipping agent to make such a claim. Silverton House Publishing will not refund costs of returning damaged goods.
